1/4 tsp sea salt o 8oz water soak for 10min 2x a day and a saline spray if unable to soak after excersize or swimming (please wait atleast 2 weeks for this-imagine all the bacteria in the water floating around your open wound)

Sea salt, you can get it at any piercing parlor, or just get a saline solution at a grocery store.......
