well...I do always wonder about them. If they're homeless or if they're just trying to cheat people. If they're nice people or dirty little weasels. Usually I want to know things like that about people I just see walking around. Sometimes I make up stories in my head just judging by their appearance and apparent attitude. I'm weird like that.

I just wat to say it's kind of sad how we all say we feel sorry for them abd we wish we could change things, but the most anyone does is give them, like, a five dollar bill. I mean, obviously we have to be careful, but it's just depressing. We can't feel THAt bad if we're not taking drastic action. It's sad how many people have so much to spare and then these people had nothing.

I won't lie by saying I'd give stuff up for them. Because I wouldn't. I'm no different than the average person.

i work around the homeless in Downtown LA., and it's a really sad site. Some want help and others are "comfortable" being irresponsible and sleeping on the streets. It's a tough situation to rectify.

I talked to one once and he told me he actually enjoyed being homeless and didn't want any handouts. He knew all the other homeless people in the area and if the nights got really cold they would sometimes gather all their resources and get a hotel room together.
It was sad to hear but interesting.

When I worked in Houston, I passed a homeless guy everyday. I would hand him my change from lunch. I always wanted to ask him what happened and why is he here on the corner. But I never got the nerve to ask. So, yes is my answer.

Most of the homeless people I've met have been really rude to me, so no. If I met someone homeless that was a decent person, I'd listen to their story though.

no, bacuase 99% of them have got something in common, it is their own fault that they ended up their. the other 1% i feel a bit sorry for because most people wont bother giving money or even listen to them or anything because of the other 99%.

so no i havnt because 99% of the time im right about why they are there, so whats the point.

Yes. I have felt like that with all sorts of people. Maybe not every single one but sometimes I'm just curious as to how people get to where they are, whether it's good or bad.

yes, sometimes, but I always make the effort to help them with about five $'s. I hate to see people like that, It's like impossible for me to see someone like that without making an effort to help them.
