A Girl I was going out with went to HR, and told them something that happen outside of the mill and as far as I know, I got rapmaned for it. I also told a so called friend not to trust her, for she is not the person who you would think she is. HR quoited her to me. I would like to know what my rights are. (I could look at her by accident and the next thing happens they are charging me with learing, Sexual Harassment, Work place valance and stocking her. They are saying,it is Confidential, then say no more.

You should certainly have the right to view your HR records if you go to them and say you want to see them.
If the sexual part of your relationship did not occur ON the job, then you have no reason to worry.
Basically, anything as simple as complimenting someone on what they are wearing is considered sexual harassment these days.
I can't understand some of your spelling-you say HR "quoited": her to me Sorry, but I don't know what you mean by that.

If you made comments to her on the job of a sexual nature, be prepared to face the music. But part of it also, will mean that she will have to prove it. It sounds to me by her reporting you to HR, she has already reported it.

You should look over your HR records or get a lawyer, whichever comes first.

All you have to do is file a counter document or report that whatever allegations are a "Deformation of Character" and that if you aren't allowed to see your file you will be contacting the head of Human resources to report this and that you also feel that you are being profiled and that from this day forth you do not wish to speak to anyone without a witness present and that you will be making a written record of everything that goes on or conversation relating or occurring at work! Also, advise them that you will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report on the company. Lastly, if you do this you may be looked at as a problem child so then you have to make sure you are a model employee because they will look for any and I mean any reason to fire you once you become what they call a nuisance!

If they are going to write you up, then they have to give you the specifics but be careful, any time you deal with harassment issues can get sticky real quick. This is especially if it was a woman that turned you in. Pick your battles.

I would check with your company's manual or handbook, but I'm pretty sure that you have a right to see your HR file, which should include any marks against you. Go to HR and demand to see your file.
