http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/ww/news/2006/06/24/bridezilla_sm.jpg Supposedly it's only a .jpg (that's what it says) but when I attempt to delete it from my Temporary Internet Files it won't delete. But everything else deletes. Is it a virus or someone spying?

A JPG (as far as I know) is only an image, I don't know of any way an image can contain a virus... it is most likely in-use (the temp folder does that a lot) by something on your computer. Try restarting your PC and if it still fails, you can go into Safe Mode to delete the file.

It might be tied in with a program running on your computer. Try closing all running programs including those in the system tray and your Browser. Go through the Contol panel to access Temp files and try to delete it.

Well it looks like a url for a photograph of some sort.....you should be able to delete it???

You could try reformating your computer.That will take it off for sure.
