I would suggest light colors to go with your fair skin...light greens, blues, pinks...maybe nudes as well...a dab of pink on your cheeks and lips...I bet you will be stunning no matter what you try!

Well i would not suggest the blonde highlights because with the black hair it will probably turn red or an orange color.

but for the make up stick to light pastel colors such as Jane eye shadow. Also you may want to look in to some green or light brown eye liner this will illuminate your eyes and make them stand out instead of blurring in with the rest of your complection.

Try a bronze or cranberry lip color - this will soften the whole look

Hope this helps : )

Red lipstick .. thin black liner around the eyes,, and contrasting eyeshadows to create the dramatic effect... lighter from inner corner to middle darker from middle to outer edge of eye... I have red hair and still do the cat eye effect with the eye liner.

Very dramatic yet pretty

please don't get blonde highlights - they look cheap when you have black hair. if you must, at least get shimmery browns.

i suggest plums and lavenders for the eyes, but avoid really strong blush or lipstick - it can look too harsh with your hair color and eyes. with that in mind, though, don't go for lip colors that are too pale - it can look like you're a walking corpse if you're not careful - it's very easy with dark hair and fair skin.

use pale pinks, nudes and tans for eye shadow.
Use black mascara and no eyeliner.
use peach colored blush and apply in upward strokes on your cheek bone.
Lips: pinks, and nude lip gloss.
