If you do, which is best in your opinion? I order from Littlewoods, Choice and Look Again. All are good except the courier for Look Again never collects my parcels when they're supposed to, I had to arrange it three times before they came!

I ahve used all of those. I now use Kays and Kays Lifestyle. They have been the best. Kays Lifestyle is also slightly cheaper than the rest. All of these companies are run by the same larger company and you'll find exactly the same things in most of them. I think Lifestyle has slightly less choice though. I use the Kays online which I would recommend. They do "online only" deals on some things. And you can find some good bargains there which aren't always in the books. I had to send something back which I bought from Kays. They picked it up exactly when they said they would and they replaced the item I nedded replacing straight away.

The Next Directory is great, you can order stuff and it's delivered really quick, if you don't like it a courier will collect or you can take it back to the store.
I get all my families clothes from here, the little girls clothes are adorable.
My house is kitted out pretty much all Next too, the service is great, and I have never had an issue with anything. Can't fault them.

I like Home Shopping Direct. Don't buy from Next, they think they are so special charging 3.50 for a catalogue and they messed up my account! They were so busy being security conscious that they overlooked 'lost' my credit card payment! Empire is good but a little less modern. (whoops, sorry Tigger, I only just read your answer, perhaps I just had a bad experience!)

I have Littlewoods and Empire. Both deliver on time and any collections are picked up on time ( using local agent in own car)

Hi i order from additions their intersest isnt too high and their delivery and collection is quite good too and they are not much dearer than the high street.

i order from studio and freemans, i'm stopping studio as they charge interest through the roof. freemans charge no interest at all the first yr so what u see is the price u pay and they r great on delivery.
