With the twins we found out Baby A was a boy at 22 weeks. We didnt find out Baby B was a girl until 1 week before delivery!! They usually do an ultrasound around 20 weeks but it depends if the baby is keeping its legs closed or not!

Usually by 4 months. I believe I was 17 weeks when found out. I've read somewhere that you can find out at 3 months but it's probably best to wait a bit longer just to make sure your baby's well developed down there and to avoid any confusion and false information.

To be 100% accurate, the woman should be at least 20 months into the pregnancy. Your doctor will recommend doing the mid-trimester screening which will accurately check for gender, heart development, blood flow, and facial development.

18-22 weeks. I think that is what is standard (I am not sure if that is because that is the time frame they do the second ultrasound at or if it is unclear until that point in time, but I found out with my daughter at 20 weeks).
