Thanks for the question.
Miss Teen USA 2006 , was held in Palm Springs, California on August 15, 2006. Katie Blair of Montana was crowned by outgoing queen Allie LaForce of Ohio at the culmination of the final competition.
Katie is the first Miss Montana Teen USA to place in the pageants 23 year history. Eighteen year old Katie aims to study Fashion Design and enjoys Athletics and Basketball. Katie has been involved in the National Honor Society and Future Community and Career Leaders of America. In her spare time, she enjoys designing clothes and attending Montana State University athletic events.
There has been some controversy over her win due to the fact that her answer to her final question was not correct. However, Katie looks like a cutie to me.

An 18-year-old from Montana has been crowned Miss Teen USA 2006. Katie Blair beat the competition in swimsuit, evening gown and interview categories to claim the crown Tuesday night.

Miss Montana won miss teen usa i think that miss north dokota should have won (probualy because people told me i look like her)
i also think the winner should have came in 2nd miss virgina should have came in 1st

Miss Montana. I think North Carolina should have won and then Virginia. They were both way better.
