You may be one of those people who is "fortunate" enough to be sick thoughout your pregnancy. My sister and I were both sick for a long time. She was still vomiting multiple times daily, even the day she went into labor. I myself was sick for the first five months then it let up. The doctor can give you medicine to help. They had my sister take Unisom (the sleeping medicine) every day and that really helped her. Cut her down to vomiting like once a day.

Good luck girl!

It is better to eat and throw it up then to not eat at all. If you eat at least your body gets a chance at getting the nutrients that you need. Also a full stomach tends to help "morning sickness". You only have 3 more weeks of your first trimester left at which time the sickness should calm down or even stop.

I was sick like that for 8 months so it's normal. Your doctor can give you meds to help. I ate alot of cheerios and crackers. Find out what will go down then eat that to settle your stomach before a meal.

Totally normal. Eat, Eat, Eat! And stay hydrated. If you loose your appetite, and the sick feeling lasts alot longer, talk to your O.B. Medication can help. There is a condition called Hyperemesis which can lead to severe dehydration and malnutrition. Don't worry-it's rare. Just remember it will all be worth it in the end!

Sounds like the first trimester to me. One thing you can try is to slowly eat saltines. Carbohydrates are primarily digested by your saliva not your stomach acids. So, if you slowly nibble on saltines you have a better chance of keeping it down and getting it thru your system before your stomach starts to object. I personally had good luck with those fruit juice Popsicles. The ones that are made of real juice and have chunks of strawberries in it...Dole and Edey's both have good ones.

I would ask your doctor, but I know that it is safe to take tums for tummy troubles. Also try to eat only a little at a time, and eat bland things like saltine crackers, and dry toast to start with.

That's just part of the whole pregnancy cycle! Just try eating crackers, bananas, or yogurt, and drink clear liquids such as sprite. Congratulations!

eat small snacks, try some saltine crackers.. "morning" sickness is rough, if it gets too bad call your OB as there are medications to treat it.
