Little Voice--It's a movie about a rather timid female with an extraordinary vocal talent. She is hidden away in her home, bereaved over the death of her father. She surrounds herself with records of great singers such as Muddy Waters and Judy Garland and considers them family, rather than her dysfunctional mother.

She makes the progression to being her own person once she is faced with the opportunity of love.

Isn't really spiritually thematic, but it was a good movie.

THE NEW GUY

It's about a guy who cares way too much about what other people think, so he changes his appearance, and attitiude and everything. At first it all works out for him... but then he realizes that he's being something he's not. It's a very good movie, watch it sometime. It's really funny too, I enjoyed it a lot.

A real general one is High School Musical. It's not very religious but it deals with peer pressure and doing what you feel is right.

Big with Tom Hanks.

Maybe also Being John Malkovich.(spelled wrong)
This film has more of a psychological meaning though.

My business plan is not about me proving I'm God. I simply sent out a confidential focus group asking for help and it was shared "at large". No one has contacted me to voice "concern" about the plan, and many professional women are excited about it.

The plan is about helping women to network with each other; to provide mentor support, improving the lives of everyone (men and woman) by supporting women at the top to create more family/lifestyle friendly places to work and creating a cross industry network. It's also about talking to women intellectually about topics that are not currently discussed with them; like politics, health, finance, legal, spirituality, environment, philanthropy, sports, career path, music, culture, film, art etc...But, it will have advertising, affiliate purchase model and a demographically relevant "product" component as well - in addition to links to various sites of all aforementioned things.

I am using the forum you are using. I did not post these things. I had one myspace page - which was altered after I posted that I was using for networking and b-plan research. My focus group was sent out to a group of friends, and I asked them to please keep it confidential.

I did post to craigslist sincerely out of fun because my girlfriend and I were working on a book about urban dating. I like writing and was board at home and messing around with "cocky" posters and mirroring their writing style. In reconspect, this was not a nice thing to do. One of the postings that we did was spotted by a Hollywood agent who thought one of our postings was funny and they hounded us several times to come in for a casting call at the Monaco Hotel.

When we arrived we were told it was a show produced by the folks who did Queer Eye for the Straight Guy and The Bachelor and that this would be a CBS show. We did screen test for the film and fill out a form, thinking we could decide later if we wanted to do it and we could work with them to change the format to fit our format for the book (they said they were still figuring it out)- but we decided later it was not for us - particularly for me because of my profession and since then I have heard nothing further. Email was being sent from my email box that was not me, my computer was being hacked into. I have never dated anyone on Craigslist. I posted on Match for 2 days and then took it down thinking again online dating wasn't for me. Again, please understand this is not appropriate for online discussion or public discussion nor should I have to be accountable to anyone as this was my own project at the time this all began. However, as I said I am remiss and evolved at this point.

Most of them, but it is subliminal. They all say be yourself in the open, but most of them only get good after the main character undergoes a change.

umm, Grease is pretty good at showing you aren't good enough. Sandy totally changes everything redeemable about herself just for a guy.
