If an email is sent with BCC, how to know the BCC mailing list?

No - thats the whole point - BCC = BLIND carbon copy.
You can only see recipients listed on the To: or Cc: lines.

no way to trace BCC of any Email at user end
i dont know at server end
there may be some chances to find in log file

Basically you cant. BCC = Blind Carbon Copy.
