it is legal if you have permission but if they post it like on yahoo search than it's everyones game because everyone of those pictures come from websites so that legal

It is illegal if they are copyrighted ... which most photos are.
If you want to post photos on your site, find out who owns them and ask permission.

And just because you can find them on a search, doesn't mean they're free for you to use.

I believe most of those pictures,if not all,are copywrighted.Therefore illegal.
