Before you know the answer to that question you should look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself: Am I a stalker?
An easy way to get someone's address if you have that someone's phone number is to PHONE that someone and ask for it! Of course that if you don't know that someone and you didn't get that phone number directly from that someone, maybe you should just get yourself some courage, introduce yourself and talk to that someone.
