How do i go to the different regions in GTA, when i try there is a road block, if i swim across to another region i get 4 stars and don't last 2 minutes

you have to play the game and the missions first. You only get to the other parts of the city once you have beaten or have gotten far enough in the los santos missions

You are going to have to beat the missions first. If you use the cheat code to lock in the wanted level at zero and get across, you won't be able to play any new missions in the next region. You can also go to gta-sanandreas.com where you will find a free walkthrough to get through all the missions in the game.

well, you can either follow the missions or u can do it d way i do it,just check a cheats website,then u look 4 d never wanted cheat,activate it and use watever means necessary 2 get 2 any other city and things should go exactly smoothly.

Gotta move through the storyline. It takes a long time. Keep doing the missions and you'll get there.

be patient u have to finish the missions in the open areas first....then slowly the new restricted areas(islands) will open up to u and u wont get a ny stars.... o and why dont u look up san andreas cheats??

You have to complete missions. After you complete a certain amount of missions, gradually get to move on to certain cities.
