opening mail

Hi there!
My account is fine, but my mom has been having problems accessing her inbox. She can see how many new mails she's gotten but when she double clicks on the link it shows the inbox but empty. She has contacted several times yahoo, and they haven't been able to fix the problem. What they've done is forward her emails from the inbox to another place. In the end, my mom had to change her email address, now she's using google.
I would contact yahoo and tell them the problem. Give them a couple of days to reply to you.

funny you should ask. I wasn't having many problems until I read this question. I then proceeded to open my mail and an error came up.
If I were superstitious I would tell you not to ask this question again because it gives me problems with e-mail, but I'm not, so just give me 'best answer' and I'll be happy.

No, I am not having any problem with opening Yahoo email, but, someone else may.

You better to check your firewall setting. If you are trying to open it at office then there might be having setup for external email. If none of this is you scenario then Re-install your web browser and clear the cache.

I had, but when I changed from Internet Explorer to Mozilla Firefox the problem was solved.

no i've had yahoo mail for years and never had a problem. Maybe it's your comp. I think circuit city does free inspections..... or maybe that was just a promo....but don't worry promo's always come back

nope hun but try to understand yahoo is trying to get new things into there site so it will be a while but try and try and keep trying and maybe it will open

No I get 8 cubic tons of spam in it daily, no problem all is normal.
