Here's the deal
I was offered a position that i refused due to day care being too expensive. I basically due the work anyway but at this time I am able to work from home. My old boss still works part time and my new boss isnt performing. I now understand that my new boss is planning on leaving the company which opens the door for me to return to work in this position. The money would be a little more than what i currently make but i would still have to find day care.
Should i take the job if its offered to me a second time?

to think about daycare, the extra money will probably only cover that and nothing else. I love being at home, i just wish i could do more outside of home. My days consist of working and keeping up with baby. Theres days when i get all "dressed up" for a trip to the grocery store. Just wish i could get out more, thats all.

You might consider other options for your daycare situation...do you have family that can help you out for awhile or a stay-at-home friend (with a child of the same age) you trust? Either of these might be willing to care for your child for less money than a professional daycare provider would charge.
As for the job, I'd consider it an honor to return to a boss who likes me and is willing to offer the job to me for a second time.
Perhaps you could negotiate a small raise in salary if the boss knows he/she can depend on you to remain with the company as a loyal employee. It sounds like you have a good relationship with him/her, if you are still with the company and are able to work at home. Speak with him/her about the situation.

that's a tough choice.
How much do you want the job? How does this job fit in your overall long term goals?
are there any other opportunities available?
I have had better luck at getting promoted and getting better pay by changing companies.
For some reason they will pay more to hire you but most are low in the raises department.
try looking for a job that has on-site daycare some companies do that.
you need to look at all the possibilities before you decide what to do.

If you are comfortable with your pay rate now and are still able to be home I say let it be. Day care is really BIG issue to consider. If the money is not much greater to cover the day care and still leave you with extra why bother? Stay at home your children need you. You are blessed to be able to work from home. who gets a second chance at a job offer? you should've asked for time to consider it.
is the pay raise greater than the cost of daycare? if so, take it if you get a second (unlikely to me) offer.

do you really want to go back to work????
and will the money you get from this job just go to daycare, transportation, clothing, and lunch money.....
I think a stay at home job is awesome....i wish i were you....but anyway good luck girl.....
