Isnt it in Israels best interest to eleminate the terrorist state known as Lebanon (and then move on the the Pali's)

Mango - Actually, I would support giving the Israeli PM the Nobel Peace Prize. Nothing could bring more peace than the elemination of the terrorist state of Lebanon and the Palestinians.

They should not cease fire until after they have eliminated all the hezbolosers and turned iran into a sheet of glass!

Lebanon is shedding it's label as a terrorist state. However, no I think that Israel is being set up for a war with lebanon itself. First, Hezbollah does not submit to lebanon and when the lebanese army sets up shop in the south, Hezbollah will fire rockets into israel requiring israel to fire back or reinvade. The only problem with this is that sitting amongst the terrorists will be the lebanese army and you can see where this is leading.....? I think this is exactly what is being hoped for and don't understand why people haven't seen it yet.

Well Lebanon is not a terrorist state and Israel can't "eliminate" an entire state to begin with. Hezbollah is not Lebanon.

I guess they should. If the UN can't keep the peace this time, it will expose them for being the sorry excuse for a peacekeeping force that they are. Then Israel can get more international support on their side for the next time Hezbolla fires more rockets and the UN does nothing.

well they actually want to, they got red of their almost expired weapons, they showed the Lebanese that they r still bloody as they have always been, they killed a 1000 civilians and the whole wide world is supporting their right to *defend their selves* they might as well give the Nobel prize for piece to the Israel prime minster
