The only way to know for sure is to go to the doctor. Not all women get pregnancy symptoms. Some women claim to have never had symptoms and only knew they were pregnant because they didn't get their period. Common symptoms of pregnancy are: nausea, morning sickness, tender breasts, enlarged ariola, heartburn, cravings, extra hunger, fatigue, back pain, head aches, cramping, implantation bleeding or spotting, frequent urination, etc. The pregnancy test you took may or may not have been correct. But if you got two positives than more likely than none you are pregnant. Definitely go see a doctor. They can give you a blood test that is more accurate.

Two pregnancy tests have detected the pregnancy hormone. It's time to get in to see a doctor. You need to confirm it with a blood test.
Some women are lucky enough to not have a lot of unpleasant symptoms of pregnancy. When I was pregnant, I didn't immediately feel sick -- it really hit around the sixth or seventh week.
Go to the doctor. Stop denying and start making plans for your new baby!

Go see a doctor. Your pregnant. Just because you dont feel like you are does not mean that you arent. The chances of you having a false positive.......... well dont really exsist since the hormone detected in a home pregnancy test is only produces by pregnant women. False negative tests are really the only way you are going to get a false reading. Some woman just dont feel pregnant, and if that is you consider yourself lucky!

Pregnancy test are usually acurate. I didn't "feel" pregnant either for my first month until I actually took the test, it dawned on me, and then I got the morning sickness and all that. But I do know a girl that had no syptoms, kept getting her period same time each month, skinny as ever, and out popped a baby!!

If both pregnancy tests were positive and you're two months late, you're pregnant. I haven't heard of any symptoms aside from the ones you mentioned. There isn't another way to know for sure unless you go to a health care proffessional.

If you had two tests that said you're prego then you're prego. Get a blood test done by your doctor, also having a period every week for a month....not normal, that's called spoting and very bad, caould be on the verge of a miscarriage. Get to the doctor asap.

In really early pregnancy you dont always get those symptoms. I had mine start at about 7 weeks. Im not sure how far along you are but some people are blessed with no "morning or allday" sickness. I think you will more or less notice when your bump starts growing.

Everyone has different symptoms of pregnancy. But if the tests say yes. It is time for you to go see a doctor and start your prenatal care.
Good Luck
