I just wanted to add that, i have all the symptoms of getting my period, the sore breast and bloating but nothing is happening, could this be menopause like one of my answers said ?

Talk to your doctor, please! To know anything we'd all need to know your sexual history, hormone levels, etc.
FYI, my mother is 47. She's not had a period in 2 yrs but still gets PMS anyway...

Pregnant or menopause I would guess. My mother said for a few years that she still had a symptoms about the same time every month. She also said that she wasn't on the pill and had no period for 6 years after she had my brother in her early 20's. Then here I come 7 years later. Better go to the doc just to make sure.
