Do banks offer a card that you can fill with money (say $200) and you can use like cas h, accepted anywhere?

yes you can they usually charge a nominal fee for this service you can start from $100 and onwards. Go to the following site to find the card of your choice. If you really just want 1 card only for $200 then apply for a gift card and it can be used at all visa participating vendors

you could open a checking account, put $200 dollars in it, and then get a debit or check card. You would be able to use that anywhere where the card is accepted (visa, mastercard, would be most places).

Debit/check cards will only allow you to use them if you have enough funds in them. If not, they will be denied.

Most check cashing places offer a debit card (Visa,Mastercard)hat you can give them cash and they credit your account up to $2500.00 a day.

haha yea a debit card or u can go to American Express and get a girft card or cheque and its accepted everywhere :)
