I wanted to bring Nancy because my whole family from my Dad's side is really fond of her and her music. I know you have to contact their agents (of course) but what headquarters in Beriut. I know right now isn't a good time but I'm trying to start plan these types of things. I know bringing Jesse would be a dream.

You dont contact the stars directly, you have to contact thier agents first. Do some research onine and find out what agency they use, or who thier publicist is, and try to contact them. But the cheapest celebrity appearance I've seen was about $30,000. So good luck.

Dream on... You don't have that kind of cash. My guess is around a few million. Come up with some more original ideas, don't just do it because you watched MTV and got 'inspired'. Inspire yourself for a a change, you may be surprised at your ability to do so.
