Cool water and soap immediately after that ketchup glob hits the shirt... and I mean swallow food on way to sink while removing shirt...
Catsup is much easier to remove... only joking.
Both have tomatoes which is an excellent choice for organic dying...
Having tried all the above suggestions(PS bleach will yellow the polyester while removing stain) there is one thing I haven't seen mentioned.
But as with all solutions being tried pick an area out of sight to test first for possible side effects! Like that yellow thing happening...
Toothpaste! And they are many types but you may have luck... also good on certain sink/ countertop stains. Apply and allow to fester- er - work. Than wash normally.
Brightens and removes stains just took on a new meaning!

I do not understand your aversion to Oxyclean?
Did you soak the stain in Oxyclean overnight in a sink or bucket?
Ketchup is a food product and Oxyclean will take it out if you soak it long enough.
Hydrogen peroxide may work but is not as effective as Oxyclean.

I have had success with Palmalive dish washing soap in getting out ink stains from a white blouse. Try some of that. Apply the soap directly to the stain and let it set a while. Get a white cloth and gently rub.

Wet with peroxide and rub in some 20 Mule Team borax. Let sit for a few hours, then launder in COLD water with a little bleach. Should come right out.

Spray 'n Wash it and soak it in cold water. If you're somewhere where you can't get do that, like the office, try getting some cold, wet paper towels and placing them on either side of the stain. You may need to scrub a little. It'll get your shirt really wet, but should reduce the brightness of the stain, and, if you're really lucky, may get it out almost completely.

In my hair salon we use hairspray for all types of stains. It works best if you spray it as soon as the stain happens, then it keeps the stain "fresh" until you have a chance to wash it out. If it will remove hair dye, then it surely will work on ketchup!

Use a solution of 1 tsp. ammonia to one cup water, after you have cleaned the area with dish soap.
If this doesn't work for you, try white vinegar or baking soda.

Depending on how old the stain is, try stretching the stained fabric over an open jar or glass and pour club soda over it.

you got a situation reported as "vanish" merchandising at your component of the worldwide mate? that situation works like a beast! because your blouse is white, you desire to to purpose hydroden peroxide (bleach) if vanish does not artwork. once I used carpet cleanser sprayer that worked like a bomb as a final motel. (besides the undeniable fact that the situation smelled like bleach, had to bathe it interior the showering gadget back). in case you come to a style to apply any of the above reported, soak it interior the answer (warm) for some hours, then attempt scrubbing the stain. then rinse in heat water. then placed it interior the showering gadget. in case you utilize bleach and your blouse isn't white thoroughly (possibly another colorations here and there), basically basically squirt out some bleach out of the bottle at that section and attempt to no longer get it on everywhere else. then afterwards rinse in heat water till now washing it. wish that facilitates.
