American Idol, even if they don't pick you at least you will have some air time on the television. It worked for that asian guy. Or you can record yourself singing and put it out on the internet. Don't ask me how cause I don't know but its an idea (Smile) and who knows somebody out there in the rap industry might find it and like it. Good Luck!

1st and above all you must be untalented, then not be able to sing, think or respect women. Because you are incapable of making music you steal songs from legitimate artists and make them sound like **** (covering)......................................... You like drugs, guns and hate the police and most anybody else that's useful to society. Then you have to come up with a stupid name to call yourself. No name is too stupid ie; 50 cents, Snoop Dog, M&M. The stupider the name the more chance you have of becoming successful. Then you got to learn how to make your fingers point in all kinds of stupid and unnatural ways. Get 10 or 15 dumb tatoo's, doesn't matter if your skin happens to be black and you can't see them, get them anyway. If you don't already hate homosexuals, start. Then prove your not just an imbecile but a hypocrite too, by getting on stage with Elton John. Don't forget to shake his hand. Learn to become adept at drive-by-shootings. So you can eliminate your competition of other rappers, drive-by-shooters, drug dealers etc. Good luck in your chosen career.

well first you mite wanna hit the mix tape circuit just to get and audience/ fan base then record a demo and shop it around to different labels if no big labels get at you go independent. alot of today's rap artist are indie rap artist...like Lil Jon,jay-z,pall wall. the best and cheapest way to go indie is to find the underdog studio person...not saying someone who doesn't kno wat they're doing but some one who's and underground person like u that way u can probably make a deal wit them where they master/mix your tracks for free or at a cheaper price than going to a studio and paying for studio time cuz jus like you're trying to make it big in the game so are they kinda use u as their advertisement (sorta a "you like tha way that track sounds...i mixed that") another easy way to do it is to find a local home based label to get ur music on the radios at home the only problem with that is not alot of local artist make it big time,but keep in mind cash money records started as a local record label and look at where they at now

And Eminem didnt practice any race can rap, he proved that each and every physique and sundry who works their f*cking asses off to get there can rap. dont anticipate to easily f*cking waltz previous 1000's of sturdy rappers and get to the authentic in basic terms considering which you "have a dream"
