When your body and your baby are ready. There is really no way for anyone to tell you when the baby will come. Even how far dilated or effaced you are won't really help estimate a birthdate. You can walk around for weeks dilated to 3-4 cm and 100% effaced. Or you could be closed up tight as a drum and have a baby a few hours later.

If the doc could feel your baby's head, that means that the head is probably down there putting some good pressure on your cervix and it may make contractions more productive and help you dilate quicker. There's really no way to put an accurate time to it though.

Trust that your body and your baby will know when it is time for labor to start.

You will have your baby whenever you go into labor...no one here will know that information...only your body.
