About 55 Israeli troops were killed. Nearly 800 Lebanese were killed, but more bodies will be discovered under the rubble. The Lebanese consider all the deaths civilian deaths, but at least 1/3 were too young to have fought, and a large number were women, probably another 1/3.
Israel still has troops occupying a portion of southern Lebanon as a buffer zone. They say they may not leave for months. If they stay and colonize, I would say they have won something.
The Lebanese civilians all lost, and Hezbollah has won the PR battle and are seen as selfless heros defending their country.

Nobody knows for sure how many Hezbollah lost.
The problem is, Hezbollah doesn't wear uniforms and they don't carry ID badges. So, if someone dies during the fighting, Hezbollah can claim they were a civilian, which makes Hezbollah look good and Israel look bad.
We'll never really know how many of those killed in Lebanon were truly civilians and how many were Hezbollah militants or terrorists.
As to who actually won, the verdict is still out. If Lebanon and the UN force Hezbollah to disarm, that was the Israeli goal and then Israel would have achieved it. If Lebanon and the UN allow Hezbollah to remain an armed force, then we do this all over again in a few years and Hezbollah won.
But the real tragedy of it all is that the Lebanese people lost. Regardless of who else achieved their objectives. So, those who are in power need to make sure that this doesn't happen again, and that means taking the guns and the rockets away from the terrorist.

I know they had about 100 wounded and probably a dozen or more deaths.
Hezbola is harder to know, who do you define their troops, they are a milta made of civilians and they hide inside populated areas, meaning there were civilian deaths right along side Hezbola so; who is Hezbola and who isn't? Hard to say

No one really won the war.
More civilians died than soldiers, but more Lebanese died than Hezbollah.
