Not much, maybe two to three hours a night, depending on what's on, but the TV is on a lot, usually as background noise or when my husband or daughter are watching something. I'm mostly on the computer, which can't be much better for me! :)

when i lived with my parents a ton ..prolly 15 hours a week but since i dont live with them im usually out doing stuff maybe 5 hours give or take some
