Start smoking crack. That's a much worse habit.

Like all sports, skill is built by training your muscles to perform specific actions in a specific order. It's called Muscle Habit.

In order to change or break this habit, you must repeat the new process over and over.

Golf is a prime example of this... anyone who tells you that a Golf Pro made an adjustment to their swing and it made a world of difference is either lying to you, or isn't telling you the whole story. Changing a swing has to be practiced OVER and OVER in order to train your muscles to follow a new sequence of actions.

So... go slow at first. Do the roundoffs first, and constantly tell yourself that it needs to be done THIS way... After several attempts, you won't need to tell yourself as often... and then after a little while longer, you won't need to tell yourself at all.

Then work on the Front Handsprings.

Good luck, and maybe we'll see you in 2008 or 2012!
