YES!! Even with lube it does because your not supposed to stick anything up there. That said if you do try it make sure you use enough lube, laying on the side or back hurts less, and try to relax your muscles. If you don't like it DON'T DO IT..

my first time was in the shower slippery and wet it didnt hurt so bad some pressure though....you have to breathe right though and once you finally get it in there..try not to let it come out because its going to be just as hard getting it to go back in...and one more thing the doctor told me that its not good to let him *** in there so tell him to pull out or better yet wrap it up.....good luck and remember breathe.girl breathe.

I wouldn't even consider it, I have heard of torn rectums, when u have your monthly cycle u can bleed thru the rectum.
