ok, a horse has a 10 foot rope on its neck that is tied to a sturdy, non moveable pole. the horse needs to get into to its stall to eat which is 15 feet away, there is no one around to help. hoe does the horse get to it's food?

He walks to the stall and eats his food. You said the rope is on his neck, not tied to it.

Well, it doesn't say the rope is tied around the horse's neck (it just says the rope is "on" his neck), so I guess it can just walk into its stall and eat!

He just walks over. The rope is on his neck not tied around it. It's only tied to the pole.

I'd say walk backwards but that doesn't make sense since he can't eat backwards.... I dunno.
