Why don't they just get off/stay off the junk, when they WILL get caught if they don't? This just amazes me.

I am with you on that one. Why all the hassle. If you want to work stay clean!! If you want to be dirty all the time then don't work it just that simple

Oh lord. Why can't people realize that drug testing came out of a Just Say No 1980's era where every politician was trying to one up the next by institution draconian measures- drug testing, mandatory minimums, and further erosion of civil liberties. The majority of judges have been complaining about mandatory minimus for years. They say that they do not want to pass down these sentences but their hands are tied. On the issue of drug testing, it is an invasion of privacy. No employer should be able to collect one's urine, blood, or hair for their own purposes. That is the property of the prospective employee. I leave you with this. Those that are willing to sacrifice freedom for security deserve neither. Open your mind. And quit demonizing substance abusers. They need medical treatment. Not scrutiny. From you or employers. They try to beat drug tests because they are unconstitutional. Government or the private sector has no right to tell citizens what they can or cannot put in their body on their own time.

People look for an easy way to pass a drug test so they don't have to give up something they've grown attached too.. some people just aren't mentally or physically stable enough to just quit something that makes them feel better, stronger, faster, more alive...etc...

OK, you're talking about *drug users.* Think about it! They're using illegal substances! Clearly, they're not obsessed with keeping the law. So, in that vein, they also want a way to keep breaking the law so they don't get caught.
I have never used drugs and I don't want to. I can't speak for drug users, just for my experience with them.

because certain drugs are less harmful than others. they cheat on their drugs tests to gain employement and such. They dont always get caught. i know of 3 people who have recently used fake urine and passed there drug screening and no one is the wiser.

becuz wee d stays in your system a long time and if u want to puff on 4th of july with ur friends 2 months later ur still screwed so they need to know how 2 pass

i agree i think it is so stupid plus harmful to fake pass a drugtest. when it could all be avoided if they just stay of the crap!
