i would say the plugging of the nose are your sinuses and depending on the area you live in it is more than likely allergy related...maybe pregnancy has made you more sensitive to pollens than normal. this would also explain the heavy feeling in your chest. if you were further along it would probably be just the baby running out of room and pushing up into your ribs, but i don't think you're there yet. anyhoo, i would talk to your dr. about allergy medicines that are safe to take right now...a duo antihistamine/decongestant would be ideal and give you a lot of relief. relax and good luck!

Try propping the head of your bed up a few inches to help you breathe. You should let your doctor know that you have a hard time sleeping, they might have ideas for you. You are going to get more uncomfortable as time goes on.

That is common I would suggest sleeping propped up. Or maybe calling the Dr. to see if you can use some Breathe Right strips or something like children's Benadryl.

Stuffy nose is a symptom of pregnancy, try sleeping in a reclined postion. As for the heavyness in your chest, contact your doctor.
I spent most of my last pregnancy in my husband's recliner. He thought I was mad at him, cause I didn't sleep in bed with him. I just couldn't breath and morning sickness was all day, and I had severe acid reflux. My husband's recliner was my lifesaver! He soon realized I was mad at him! LOL :)

Your body goes through lots of changes. This COULD be perfectly normal. But call the doctor's office and see if they can change your next appointment to be sooner.
Even if it is normal and not a major problem, they can probably tell you of some medication that might help the problem.

Did you ever have asthma or allergies?
B/C if do it may be aggrivated
I would call a Dr as those symptoms are not normally associated with pregnancy
