A few of them rely on doing missions and tasks in a certain order. My recommendation would be to go to gamefaqs.com, find FF X-2, go to the FAQs and Guides section, and look for an Ending Guide. There are a couple of guides there that will tell you exactly what to do. If you don't feel like getting 100% (like me when I played it) then at least do what's necessary to get the Good Ending - it's worth it.
