rough nutrient breakdown
calories 2800 (higher than average but you are active and gaining appropriate weight)
protein 115 (very high, should be about 60)
total carbs 450 (good)
fiber 22 (little low, should be 30)
total fat 57 (excellent)
I would recommend cutting a little protein out and adding some whole grain because your fiber is a little low (ie. exchange your protein bar with a whole wheat English muffin.)
I would try to add an extra 10 min with each one of your walks to get 30 min each (sorry time walking and standing at work doesn't count as exercise)
6 lbs is right on track for 15 weeks good job! you should gain .8 to 1.1lbs/week for the remainder of your pregnancy
also you are not drinking enough water, one liter is 33 oz you need to be drinking about 2x that in a day, you could replace your soda with water or just drink more between meals :)

Lol, 'won't pass over out on a lot of my teenage existence' How lovable. existence isn't approximately clubbing, ingesting and smoking and doing drugs, and that i promise you are going to pass over issues you're taking with none attention now (which incorporate sleep, 'very own' time, and having the flexibility to pass do issues without irritating approximately what to do with the little ones). i'm no longer a social gathering woman the two, has a sprint one in my early 20's and to a factor desire i might have waited... Be arranged for the sensation of helplessness that takes over the 1st little at the same time as of motherhood. Twins too. God help you. little ones are advantages, yet they're going to stillcontinual you loopy.. besides, to answer your question. in basic terms tell her. take a seat her down. And say,"I even have some thing i'd desire to inform you." and then pass. I promise she will have the means to nevertheless seek advice from you. After she gets over the 1st indignant, disapointed marvel, she would be able to even get excited, in spite of everything, those are her grandkids, whether it rather is a 'sturdy time' for his or her arrival, or no longer. If she does get screaming mad, do no longer scream lower back. do no longer create a feeling of anger. she will have the means to recover from it. Hurry up and do it earlier she locate out some incorrect way (like a abdomen which will boost rather as we communicate with 2 little ones in there). do no longer concealed it. in basic terms tell her.

Gosh, that's more documentation on what you eat than I did for all 5 of my pregnancies!! LOL Must be your first baby.. :)
More water, and cut out all the artificial sweetner (total, diet soda and gatorade, and probably even the fat free salad dressing might all have it). Otherwise you're doing great. Put a little fruit juice in your water if it bores you to drink it, the best ones that aren't loaded with sugar and crap are from the health food stores.
Just a little help from someone who's been there..over, and over, and over... :O

Sounds like you are doing well for the most part on your diet. It's so hard when you are pregnant to eat right. Half of the time you are so sick to your stomach that you are only looking for anything that tempts you (McDonald's french fries are along those lines, I crave those french fries, I ask for them without salt to make it a little healthier, but I know it's not.) For being 15 weeks along, I think you are doing a good job at taking care of your body. I'm only 6 weeks and it's been hard for me to change my diet to a healthy one (I just realized I forgot my prenatal pill last night, can't take it in the day or I just throw it up.) I guess the only thing I would change is to not have a soft drink at all, I'm just drinking juice and propelle (flavored water.) But you are doing so well with your diet, it isn't that horrible to give yourself a treat every once in awhile :)

Sounds like you are doing good. Make sure you attend all your pre-natal visits and take your pre-natal pills. I would recommend a little more dairy b/c a baby can take away some of the calcium in your bones. Also you should try to eat more protein even if its in the form of beans or tofu. Not too many protein bars though b/c they are loaded with fat. Drink lots of water too, it is very good for you when pregnant.

My doctor told me to continue to eat just like I was before. Dont do the "eating for two" and dont suddenly go on a diet thinking you will gain unnecessary weight. It sounds like you are doing good. Maybe take a prenatal vitamin if you find yourself lacking any nutrients. Congratulations, you're gonna be mom!

Speak to your doctor - but I encourage red meat during pregnancy. Red meat is one of the few sources of B12 which is critical to development of your unborn child and when you begin to nurse.
