black chickens all secretly work for santa claus. many a time in my youth i recieved black, un-crackable eggs for christmas, which I just recently found out is called coal. Seeing that these chickens must give their eggs to Santa, their usually raised to be made into drum stix and dog food. This breed of chickens is only kept alive due to the north pole elves (not the mean Keebler cookie or shoe maker ones) having created a special incubator to hatch half of the coal. Then the newly born chicks are sent as presents to farms and businesses around the world, thus keeping this amazing breed alive.

Brown eggs are the same as white eggs. Chickens raised organically give you better eggs simply because they are meant to be raised that way. The color of the chicken matters not in the color of the egg. I have some chickens that lay blue eggs and green eggs. Store bought mass raised chicken eggs have lighter colored yolk and less taste. Who knows what else is wrong with them. Stick with organic eggs.

It isn't the color of the chicken that detremines the color of the egg. Brown eggs are healthy and come from free range chickens. White eggs come from chikens that are forced hormones to make them grow fat and produce more eggs.

The color of the chicken does not determine the color of the eggs.

The link below is in pdf format so if you have Acrobat Reader you can see what colored eggs different breeds of chicken lays.

The color of the chicken does not determine the color of the egg.

Do brown cows give chocolate milk?

Your theory is incorrect. The color of the chicken doesn't necessarily predict the color of the egg.
