Like what everybody else is saying water and Gatorade are good but you also might want to try Pediolyte. I know it is for kids but it is chuck full of the nutrients you need. (I think you might even be able to get them in ice pops!)

Water is the essential thing but 'real' dehydration is the term used when the urea and electrolyte balance in your blood is altered due to lack of fluid. So the best and most effective thing is an electrolyte solution available as a drink over the counter in all pharmacies such as Boots (UK), recommended usually for diarrhoea or vomiting or both.

Initially it should be something with electrolytes in it such as Gatorade.Then to completely rehydrate you should drink plenty of water.When you sweat you lose alot of electrolytes through the sweat.If you stop sweating,it means you are going into what is termed "heat stroke".Keep well hydrated .

water of course, cause it have hydrogen in it and that is important for rehydration.
