when people do nothing to get rid of terrorists and dictators in their country they should bear the burden of the war that is done upon them...this should be a lesson to all that to allow terrorists to fester in one's environment is tantamount to agreeing to the terrorists causes and brutal methods...do not claim to be innocent civilians when you allow the terrorists to roam among you

Well, if war happens again, I wouldn't be surprised if Israel blows up all kinds of infrastructure and just demolishes towns and loots museums. Like a real actual war to submission. Is that what you would prefer? Because of guerilla tactics it really isn't fair to assume that there is always an option for complete safety for civilians.
I'm not necessarily on Israel's side, I'm just telling the truth about war. Next time they might not pull punches and there could be thousands of civilian dead. Eventually the public will understand that militants won't be tolerated. To bad Israel only see's other countries radicals as terrorists...

No, but it is okay if you actually were targeting terrorists, and were using reasonable means to kill them.
So for examle:
If you fire a missile at car full of terrorists, and accidentally hit a house by the side of the road, that's ok (but still tragic).
If you drop bomb on a neighborhood, and say, "Well, there could have been terrorists there", that's not ok.
It's just common sense, really.

Why don't you ask the pathetic cowards over in Iraq and Afghanistan using those same civilians as human shields or strapping bombs to them since they can't do their own dirty work themselves.
