Air works good, car runs fine, but all my lights like check engine, change oil, battery light, everything came on plus the temperature measure thing moves down then back to normal like it turned off then turned back on. My car works fine, my boyfriend checked the ground wire and it was alittle rusty but he cleaned it but the lights still flicker!! Could it be a fuse? Whats wrong?

first ingredient is a question for you. precisely how commonly do you regulate the oil? it truly is major to do exceptionally in case you force an rather good type of provide up and bypass or short distances. it truly is likewise by no skill a good theory to ignore a caution person-friendly. they're there for a reason. The smoke might want to be coming from a nasty valve hide gasket or diverse places on the engine. You reported you verify the point of the engine oil between variations and say it shows it has oil inspite of the undeniable fact that it would want to be very low. you've also no longer suggested what type of vehicle, what engine or what percentage miles it has. This motor vehicle does no longer sound like something that is relied on . It sounds like it would want to be time to "off" this vehicle and get something in additional effective efficient structure.

If all lights on the dashboard are flickering, the wiring or socket connection from the harness to the dashboard is loose or corroded. If it is corroded, then this sounds like a Hurricane Katrina flooded car.

When was the last time you had an oil change or any other type of maintenance? Take it to a pro and have them take a look. That doesn't sound good.

I have a hunch you've got a problem with your brain box computer system. Everything goes to and comes from this central point in the car in regards to electronics and vehicle functions. It may have a glitch in its display function, causing it to go crazy.

Sounds like a faulty electrical connection, your bf was on the right track. Sometimes you need to just unplug and plug back in every electrical connection you can find ( this works sometimes).

Have you checked your oil? If its low, it will cause the check oil and check engine light to come on. How old is your battery?

It is something electrical. Perhaps the alternator or battery. Take it to Auto Zone and have them test both for free.
