What type of advertising? Advertising themselves or having any type of advertising within the school? I have never heard of that and I work in a public school.

It depends on the state as to wheter advertising is allowed in schools. And then if even varies from district to district.
I know in New Mexico soda companies and snack food comanies are no longer allowed to vend/adverstise in public schools.

Some states outlaw it, but companies find a work-around. They supply textbooks. They supply pens with their name on them . They supply soda and snack machines. The list goes on...

jeez, why would they WANT to advertise?? they are over-crowded as it is
