Why do Republican always say Bill Clinton was too busy with Monica instead of fighting Terrorism?

I dont know about you but It does not take me 8 years to get off. Seems like he would have time to do other things they just get a blow Joob. Dont blame someone else for your mistakes. That is something a little kid would do. Lets be grown ups and put the blame where it belongs. If you were in office on 9/11 its your fault

Americans in general have the whole "I didn't do it" and the "Its not MY fault" things down pat, They seem to blame their problems on anyone and anything else but themselves. Look a tall the fundamentalists blaming the athiests, and the young people blaming their parents. If you are going to encourage people to put responsibility elsewhere, its what you get in government as well.

Any Reps that are saying that are childish and I would prefer they left my political party. What they are referring to is that some African nation (Sudan I believe) had Osama BinLaden and offered him to us (Pres Clinton). Due to whatever political issues going on at the time, we did not take them up on the offer and none other than OBL orchestrated 9/11. That is why some people blame Clinton.

As far as you blaming the Pres in office at the time of 9/11, that is just your opinion. The facts lean more towards 9/11 being the culmination of decades of failed policy and failed efforts by the government. If we are to blame only the current President during a terrorist attack, then Clinton was to blame for many such attacks, as was Bush Sr, Carter, and Reagan.

Lets be honest, no one really took terrorism as a serious threat before 9/11. Yes clinton could have done more but then Bush didn't make any extra efforts against terrorism until after 9/11.

Terrorism did not happen over night. It has been going on in the world forever. As Americans, we felt that we were immune to it and did not do enough to prevent it because it never directly affected us.

9/11 was a wake up call.

Let's not forget the Billy C was presidnet in 1993..the 1st time the WTC was attacked. If he did nothing in 93 and after, who would listen to George W 4 years after the 1st attack.

If they stop blaming Clinton, then their entire world may fall apart.
they may actually have to consider the fact Bush has failed them, and may be responsible for leading the country down a bad road.


if they stop blaming Clinton then they have to actually think about the current problems with and realize that thier party is responsible for turning a booming peaceful nation into a occupying imperailst force.
