You have to go to the courthouse in the County where the proceeding took place. Keep in mind that although these are public records, sometimes they can be sealed and other things are not allowed for public consumption (such as medical records, evaluations, etc.)

Your local county court house, or the capital of your state, or on the web you might be able to order them on the state site......or at least get info. to do so.... Don't think any of it is free though accept maybe the basic info.
