OK, if we're still playing the blame game...
The WTC was bombed in '93...the Khobar Towers in '96...the US embassies in Africa in '98...the USS Cole in '00...who was in office then? Your boy Clinton. Therefore, by your own logic, they're all his fault.
But really, let's give the blame game a rest, shall we? It's tiresome.

USS Cole, WTC 93, US Embassies in Kenya & Tanzania. Not accepting OBL from the Sudan when offered twice. Installing policies that prohibited Federal Agencies from sharing information. 9/11 was not planned in 8 months.....al queda attacked NYC in the early 90's, and US interests at least three times over seas, but the previous administration was "too busy" to do anything about it.
