you are able to exercising, there are various places the place you are able to seem up preggo risk-free workouts. Base your self on those and all would be basically high-quality. Calorie limited nutrition habitual i'm no longer so specific approximately. undergo in techniques you're meant to be sucking up food for that munchkin. exercising at a similar time as pregnant is a great theory!

Check with your doctor. It will depend on how active you were before you got pregnant. I was in the police academy and did not graduate until I was almost 4 months pregnant. My doctor was ok with it because I had been doing it all along. He told me the only thing to remember is to listen to your body and DO NOT STRAIN!!!!

You can do any type of excersise that isn't really strenuous. Swimming is great for pregnant women, walking is great, I have also seen some women do yoga classes for pregnant women its suppose to help tone your muscles for an easier delivery. Good Luck!

Jumping jacks, running, skipping rope. I wouldn't go with anything that makes you do a lot of bouncing. Swimming would be the best bet for you. Good luck and congratulations.
