It's a bug. I thinks it's called a Cicada.?

Depending on what time of the day it is, it could possibly be up to 30 different species of insects. But much of the noise is coming from cicadas.They are considered the world's loudest insect.
Katydids and crickets are also a couple of insects you may hear.
But they don't make noise because of the heat, the noises are actually their mating sounds!

Searing noise? I'm not sure if I understand this correctly. What I'm hearing alot all day long outside my window are the cicadas,crickets or grasshoppers, don't know which it is, but it makes this very annoying (after awhile) sound.

I dont know but I sure cant stand the sound of locusts. Why do they all make that annoying sound at the same time?
