Sell things or buy things? On eBay you can usually pay with a check or money order if the seller allows you to do so.

I honestly dont know but if you need to sell some things that are worth money send me pictures through email and I will post them on ebay for a small fee and you can sell them through me. Or try to find a local ebay store where you can bring in your stuff for them to sell for fee, or just find someone you know who has ebay account. You can check out livedeal.com but they may ask for credit card.

eBay allows a multiple login route to use a Bank Account number
which is checked over a period of time and cross referenced with a known good email address. Three random amounts are deposited as a test, and you will be asked to verify incomming emails and deposits over a period of time ( a day or two ). When you respond to all the incomming emails and deposits correctly, the account is verified, and you can then use PayPal thru the bank account on
eBay.

www.craigslist.org ?
If they have a local area for you that is. I have had some good experiences with it; and keeping it local is nice.
