A person in my apt. complex whom I never see has this awesome motorcycle cover with a hard base and a covertible top, so he can just leave it in his spot, drive on the base, and flip the top over the cycle; does anyone know where i can get my hands on one of these?

Try J&P Cycles, Drag Specialties, or JP Whitney. Or you could leave a note for the guy, marveling at his products and ask him to call. ;)
They sound sweet... I'd like one, too. Best of luck to you.

I saw one on ebay about a month ago when I was looking for a cover for my bike. Look on there or try DennisKirk.com

When you see his bike parked, tape a piece of paper asking him to call you, or write down the info on the paper for you. Good luck!
