There was a Seinfeld episode where Kramer made a male bra called "The Bro" for George's dad. It might not be a bad idea to consider making them for men with breasts. "Innovation is the mother of invention."

Wrong to be honest...and if you think deep, how would you feel you being a girl wearing a bra, and than having a bf that wears that also, i mean if you're comfortable with that, than go for it....But i do not see that gesture really smart, that's all!

He could and probably should wear a sports bra and a undershirt/tee underneath his shirt, until he can get medical treatment.
This is a medical condition known as Gynecomastia.
Here is some info: http://www.plasticsurgery.org/public_education/procedures/Gynecomastia.cfm

Why not? I even wear lightweight ones to bed for my D cups to avoid soreness and back pain. He should try lightweight sports style if experiencing discomfort. Besides we've taken advantage of the comfort of their boxer shorts for years and turnabouts fairplay.

maybe he should wear a tight fitted shirt under his clothes to control the bounce, it may help him to appear like he has more muscle than breast :)

take him to a GP or endochrynologist, he might have gynecomastia. I have it too, but much smaller. there is a simple and probably covered surgical procedure of breast reduction...
