a few places do that i'm afraid U have to take it to someone and somewhere U trust.

i used to work for a prat, who did the same, the car passed its mot and he phoned up the owner and said it failed on the mot on suspension, then he charged them for fitting new suspension, and the parts too, which he didn't even fit.

that's y i stopped working for him

you can appeal against there decision if you feel they are wrong it should tell you on the fail cert.on how to appeal
