youre not fat youre just a liitle over the average wieght of a 13 year old. the average weight is between 105-115. im 13 5'4 and i weigh 97 lbs.

I don't think you're fat, sweetie, but i think that if you think it's nessacry, it wouldn't be bad to shave a few pounds. Everyone is soo worried about their weight all the time. Just because someone's skinny, doesn't mean that they are nice, smart, etc...first before you think about losing weight, love yourself. Talk to your doctor....maybe you need to work some weight off. Yet you're tall, so in a few years you'll be perfect if you don't gain any weight, and I'm not saying NEVER gain weight, gain some every inch you grow--only like 1-5 pounds since your above average right now. Don't ever lose weight to please the public--they're too critical. Do it for you and your health. I know I've said abuncha different stuff, but seriously, YOU ARE NOT FAT. Your fine, hun. be happy.

At 5"4" and 130lbs, I would say that you aren't fat. I think you are right in line for your height. If you just eat healthy and in moderation, along with exercise, you can maintain that weight. I think it's a nice size.

I don't think you are fat I'm 47 and only 5'3" and I'm 115lbs and everyone says I'm too thin but at 13 yrs and 5'4" you are tall you keep that up and maintain you're weight you could be a model {Oh when I say maintain you're weight I DON'T mean stay at the weight you are now) gain a few lbs per inch that you grow

you're virtually perfect. don't worry about it. I'm a scarcely taller & weigh a little more, but I'm in the best shape of my life.

the main thing to remember is to get exercise, it will keep the pounds firm as muscle & that can make all the difference in self-image.

in reality, you're lighter than many people who are your height, so don't worry about it. enjoy being 13 and healthy.

For your age and height, you're not fat. No offense, but you're getting there. Make sure to stay your weight, or even better: lose some weight. Before you know it, your peers will start gaining weight and you'll stay near 130lbs. So don't worry or gain weight.

For your height you are not fat, you may be on the heavy side of the norm but at your age you may still have a growth spurt. Eat healthy get regular excercise and be happy with who you are. People love confidence.

yes your slightly over weight cause i know for guys at 6 ft the average is 145 lb at 16 and your younger a girl and 15 lb less so yes you are yet your going to give best answer to the guy thats say "no your not fat your skinny or something like that

If you are off the chart when you see the pediatrician, then I'd say yes. I think you are probably just a little overweight, not tons and so just eat right, exercise, lay off the sodas for a change, and be healthy. You don't have to be a stick, you know.

Stop worrying about it. You are 13, and over the next 5-8 years, you are going to get taller, and your weight may balance out. If you are truly worried about it, got talk to your doctor. They know the right answer, and we don't.
