i was thinkin it was to late to have a party so do you have any other ideals. i wanna do somethin with my family. and i have alot of family. I WANT IT TO BE BIG w/ style!!!!!

Hey!- It's not too late - throw yourself a party! Clear it with your family of course, -and invite everybody you want to come, by phone. Make it something spontanious -a big pizza bash, with everyone bringing something to decorate the place with. It's gonna end up looking alittle weird- but hey, you WANT it to be memorable, right? You're only 16 once! Have fun!

You say you live in the Bay Area - I'd imagine there are some cool dinner/boat ride packages that would be something fun and different (unless you do that all the time - hard for me to know!)
Or hire a photographer (or a friend with a digital camera) and get some fun props (boas, hats, etc) from a costume store, go someplace outdoors and take some crazy photos with your family and friends - you'll have a great time and something fun to keep forever. (and maybe bring a picnic and a cake since it IS a birthday!)

Have a sweet 16 party ( 50's & 60's theme). Have your family do a special scrapbook of you from the time of your birth till now. Include pictures, articles, etc. It's will be something you'll cherish forever.

Why do you think it has to be big and with style??? Turning 30 is a MUCH bigger milestone and deserves a lot more consideration that just turning 16 and being wet behind the ears!

Have a sweet 16 party and have all of your friends come and u have to make sure that all them people you did not ask to come do not try to crash your party.You should also let your family be a part of this too.
