I had the same thing so I went to see the nurse at my doctors surgery. She said I looked like it could be a std so made me an appointment at the gum clinic but it turned out to be just a blocked gland that went away itself but was a bit painful to touch like a sore spot................I still havent forgiven the nurse for making me panic grrrrrrrr!!

I had a hard spot/lump just on the inside of a vaginal lip and went on the Internet to see if i could find out what it was as it certainly didn't look like an ordinary spot.I managed to find out that it was a bartholoman (not sure if thats correct spelling)cyst which my doctor also confirmed.It was caused through a blocked pore.But if your really worried go and see your doctor to give you peace of mind.....By the way i am female...

go to a doctor no one here would know the right answers you need to get tests to know for sure!

Could be few things, but genital warts may be likely especially if your get more
